Hello Penguins, Waddleboy200 here to bring you my theory on the destroyed HQ! If you completed Mission 11, then you know that the Club Penguin Secret Agency HQ has been destroyed by popcorn! If you go to the destroyed HQ, and see the “To Do” list, then you will find it spells the word “EPF”, which stands for Elite Penguin Force!
Also, when Billybob gave us a sneak peek on the Club Penguin Blog, he said that there will be some major upgrades around the island!
I think this will be the new Elite Penguin Force HQ, and maybe the PSA has joined with it! As you can see with the picture, it is still under construction, because there are cones and yellow tape!
So what do you think will happen? I am sure there will be a lot for agents upcoming soon!
