Pool Leak

Hello penguins! I’ve been wondering a lot lately when the summer or water party will arrive to Club Penguin. I recently noticed that the windows at the pool were leaking. Here’s a picture of them:
Does that mean there will be a water party coming soon, a new game or even maybe a new mission?
