Club Penguin’s Happy77 Asks About Stamps!

Today, Club Penguin’s Happy77 has asked about the New Stams that are comming to club penguin in a post on the Club Penguin Commuinty section, here is what Happy 77 had to say:

Greetings Penguins!

There’s been TONS of talk about Stamps! As you probably know, your Stamp Books will arrive on July 26 and you’ll be able to start earning stamps and showing them off, too.

I wanted to know more, so I asked a Stamps expert:

Q: How will I find my Stamp Book?

A: Just click on your player card. When you do, inside the book there are places for a whole bunch of stamps – and descriptions of how you can earn them.

Q: How do I earn Stamps?

I would love to see a Stamp for making lots of candy pizzas. What would YOUR ultimate Stamp be?

A: Lots of different ways! There are easy stamps and extreme stamps, stamps you have to earn with buddies, and ones that you’ll earn by showing off your skills in games. For example, to earn this stamp, you’ll have to jackhammer at the ‘berg with 10 penguins.

Q: Can I still get pins?

A: Yep, you sure can! Pins aren’t going to change. And the best part is you can show off your ENTIRE pin collection inside your Stamp Book.

Thats what Happy77 had to say in this Club Penguin Commuinty Post!

Can YOU think of what stamp challenges club penguin will put up for you to complete?, comment and tell me what you think.

Club Penguin Is Not Turning Educational!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are a lot of rumours around Club Penguin blogs and users them self about Club Penguin turning educational. This is false, not true. There was an announcement and a interview with Lane Marrefield on the UK Newspaper and majority of the penguins understood it as Club Penguin turning educational. Here is a reply from the Club Penguin support team about this matter:

There have been many rumors going around lately about Club Penguin turning educational. I would like to assure you that until there is any official announcement from us on the Whats New Blog these are just rumors. Please know that Club Penguin is meant to be a fun and safe place for our users, and we will never change that!
A great way to keep up on everything new and exciting in Club Penguin is by checking the “What’s New” blog from time to time:

http://community.clubpenguin.com/blog/

Aunt Arctic also releases a new edition of the “Club Penguin Times Newspaper” every Wednesday for all penguins to enjoy. These are two great resources for penguins to stay in touch with what is happening in the community.

In conclusion, Club Penguin is staying as an snow-covered island unless they announce otherwise.

Whats Coming for Members on Club Penguin!

The Club Penguin Team has realized how much everyone enjoyed the Music Jam! The team wants us to keep enjoying ourselves and having a good time. Because of that, Billybob gave us some information on some cool things happening soon for members only! Check it out:

comingsoon.jpg
  • Make music at the Lighthouse: Starting today musical instruments will be available in the Lighthouse all the time, because we love to see you guys jam!
  • Design your igloo: We know how creative you are with your igloos and we wanted to give you more. If you liked the T-shirt builder in Penguin Style, you're going to love the new Better Igloos catalog.
  • Spy Phone Updates: EPF Agents will face greater challenges to keep the island safe in August. You'll receive new Field-Op orders with more Spy Phone games to test your skills. Plus you'll be able to obtain brand new elite gear with your medals!
  • Earn Stamps: Stamps will be available for everyone, and we wanted to give members access to exclusive stamps and features. As a result, some of the harder levels in games will be made member only. The games that will be changing are Jet Pack Adventure, Catchin' Waves, Thin Ice, Astro Barrier and Aqua Grabber. Don't worry, everyone will still be able to play the first few levels.

Doesn't all of this sound awesome! The second bullet really caught my attention! Imagine we had a furniture creator where you pick the design for your couch and stuff. Wait! Is that what we are getting? Looks like we will have to wait and see! Leave a comment and let me know what you think about all of this!

Club Penguin Field Op #6 Cheats!

Today Club Penguin has released the Field Op #6 ! Field Ops are mini missions that agents will have to complete every week. Each time you complete a Field Op, you earn a medal. Once you have a certain amount of medals, you can use them to buy Elite Penguin Force gear. Lets complete Field Op #6 so you can get your 6th medal to put towards some awesome gear!

To start Field Op #6, Open up you Spy Phone and travel to the HQ. Once you are there, walk up to the big monitor on the upper right side of the HQ, It says, "Field Ops".

Once you have done that, A message will pop up from Gary. This is what the message will look like:

To start the Field Op, Open up your Spy Phone and go to the Mine Shack. Once you're at the Mine Shack, Waddle into the Recycling Center. After you have entered the Recycling Center, Walk over to the computer.

After you have done this, Your Spy Phone will ring. Answer your Spy Phone. You are going to have to bypass the system!

Once you have successfully done this, you have complete your sixth Field Op and will receive a Medal. You can save it for some gear in the future, each medal adds up! Congratulations Agent, Well done!

Club Penguin Music Jam 2010 Ends!!

Hey Rockstars! Sadly, The Music Jam decorations all through out the island have been taken down. The Casa Fiesta, Backstage, and Night Club Roof have all been closed off and can not be accessed until another Club Penguin event in the future. The Music Jam was really fun this year and it's definitely going to be a great event to be added in the 2010 - 2011 Club Penguin year book!

What was your favorite thing to do at the Music Jam? Members, Did you enjoy the Casa Fiesta? Non Members, Were you upset you couldn't access the Casa Fiesta and other Member only rooms? Leave a comment and let me know!

NEW Club Penguin Lighthouse Catalog!

Today the decorations for the Music Jam have been taken down because the Music Jam has now come to an end! Although the Music Jam is over, Penguins can still rock out in their igloos and at the stage in the Lighthouse. While the Music Jam left, The Club Penguin team decided it would be nice to add a instrument catalog to the Lighthouse so penguins always had access to some instruments for some serious jamming! With that being said, Check out the new Instrument Catalog at the Lighthouse!

Sadly, The Catalog does not contain any hidden items at the moment. However, It does have some cool instruments such as my favorite Red Electric Guitar ! What do you think about this new catalog? What is your favorite instrument in it? Leave a comment and let me know!

Club Penguin Going Educational

According to an Article published in a UK Newspaper, Club Penguin is planning to go educational in about 2 months. Here is what Billybob has to say about Club Penguin going Educational:

It’s going to take learning within a virtual space to a whole new level.

According to the article, they want to mimic Sesame Street, and incorporateeducational elements in to their online games. Also, the article states in two months they will be rewarded for completing games designed to test their verbal and mathematical skills.

I think that this may be related to the new stamps coming to Club Penguin on July 26th, because Billybob told us we will have to work together to collect them. Also, it seems like Club Penguin will be making more games in which we have to use verbal and math skills.

This would be a great way for Club Penguin to attract younger kids, but I think that the Club Penguin’s older players won’t like it as much! Do you want Club Penguin to go educational, or stay the way it is right now? Comment and share your thoughts!
