What To Wear??????

HELP!!!!!

I Dont Know what to wear!!! Like This Penguin:
Card Jitsu Penguin Card
When I am at party's OR there is a theme I usually dress for THAT OCCASION!!!!!!!!

But what to wear in the mean time???????????????????????????? Please help me to deicide!!!!!!!!
