I think there will be a gem in the golden amulet if you take a look at this picture of the rock next to it there is a poster showing a hammer smashing the rock and the gem in the middle of the amulet:

Yeah,so i think that we will need to smash the rock to find the gem .And theres another poster by the ninja hideout door that shows the gem being taken out the rock with a wrench.

So the rock will obviously be moved so there will be a path leading out of the dojo so this might lead to the new room!
